How the app should use this: show the full text on one screen with a required, unticked checkbox and a "Continue" button that stays disabled until it is ticked. Save the member's account ID, the consent version, the date and time and the IP address. Ask again if the version changes. Withdrawing consent (settings) deletes the face model and uploads.
Before you upload, please read
Glam Room turns your own selfies and talking clips into AI "glam" photos and videos of you. To do that, we have to process your face and your voice. Here's exactly what happens.
What we collect. The selfies and clips you upload, the voice in your clips, and a face model made from your selfies so your photos and videos look like you. In some places this counts as biometric data.
What we use it for. Only to make your own photos and videos and keep them in your library. Nothing else.
Who processes it. Cristina Becher, doing business as AI Lab and the third-party AI providers that make your content. They receive only what each generation needs.
What we never do. We never sell your face, voice or uploads, never use them to train our own AI, and never use them in marketing or share them publicly without asking you separately.
How long we keep it. Uploads and outputs: until you delete them or close your account (then gone within 30 days). Face model: until you delete it, close your account, go 12 months without logging in, or 3 years after your last use, whichever comes first. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Your control. You can delete any upload, output or your face model in settings at any time, or withdraw this consent by emailing support@cristinalab.com. You'll need to give consent again to make new glam content.
Your promises.
- I'm 18 or older.
- Every photo and clip I upload is of me only. No one else appears in a way the AI could use.
- I won't use Glam Room to make content that looks like anyone else, real or famous.
- I won't make sexual content or use outputs to impersonate, deceive or harm anyone.
- I'll label AI content when I post it, following each platform's rules.
I understand that breaking these promises can close my account without a refund.
