AI Lab, Glam Room and AI Editing Lab
Effective date: October 26, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms are an agreement between you and Cristina Becher, doing business as AI Lab, a sole proprietor based in Nebraska ("we", "us"). Our address is 1005 Claremont St, Lincoln, NE 68508. You can reach us at support@cristinalab.com.

They cover everything on https://cristinalab.com and inside the AI Lab member app, including:

Glam Room: an app where you upload your own talking clips and selfies and get back AI "glam" photos and videos of yourself, paid for with Glam Tokens, plus six bonus guides.
AI Editing Lab: a Claude Code skill you run on your own computer to edit your reels, a short setup course (three videos for Mac, a written guide for Windows 10 and 11) and the 7 Day AI Editing Challenge.
One-time products, each sold on its own page: Quiet TV (a guided setup with a Claude Code skill to switch off the ads, sponsored rows and tracking on an Android TV or Google TV), Cristina's Sorter (a Claude skill for Mac that sorts and renames your camera roll) and Caption Week (a Claude skill that writes a week of captions).
Glam Token packs, $27 kits, free downloads, emails and anything else we offer on the platform.

The programs are hosted by creator Cristina Becher together with us.

Other documents that are part of these terms: the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the AI and Likeness Consent, the Earnings and Results Disclaimer and the Challenge Rules. If they disagree with these terms on a specific point, the more specific document wins.

By creating an account, buying, or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Glam Room is adults only, no exceptions.
You must be able to make a binding agreement where you live.
If you use the platform for a business, you agree to these terms for that business too.

3. Your account

Give us a real email address and keep it current. That's where your access, receipts and login links go.
One account per person. Don't share your login, login links or purchases. Sharing access is a serious breach and we may close the account.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@cristinalab.com right away if you think someone else got in.

4. What you buy and what it costs

Every price is a one-time payment. Nothing here is a subscription unless we clearly say so at checkout.
The programs are sold in launch windows ("doors open"). Outside a window the programs may not be for sale. Token packs, kits, the one-time products and free downloads can stay available.
Purchases are sold and processed by Link (Sold through Link, LLC), Stripe's merchant of record, under its customer terms (Sold Through Link Terms). Link takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT (prices include it) and sends your official receipt. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds: all sales are final once access is delivered, except as set out in the Refund Policy. This doesn't limit your rights under the law or under Link's buyer terms; Link, as merchant of record, may refund at its discretion.
We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects something you already bought.

After a Glam Room purchase we show one offer: AI Editing Lab for $47, for 10 minutes, charged with one click to the card you just used. After those 10 minutes it is $97. AI Editing Lab buyers are not offered Glam Room.

5. Your license to use the platform

When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use what you bought, for your own content, for as long as these terms say.

You may:

Use Glam Room to make photos and videos of yourself and post them on your own accounts, including accounts you use for your business.
Install and run the AI Editing Lab skill on computers you personally use to edit your own videos (or videos you have the right to edit).
Watch the lessons and use the guides, hooks, templates and kits for your own content.

You may not:

Resell, share, upload, or give away the lessons, the skills, the kits, the hook vault or any other course material.
Copy the skill's files into a product, course, template pack or service you sell or give to others.
Use the platform to build a competing product, or scrape, copy or reverse engineer the app.
Use the platform to edit or generate content for clients as a paid service unless we agree in writing.

6. "Lifetime" access

"Lifetime access" means access to the program materials you bought for as long as we run the platform, not for your lifetime or ours.

If we ever close the platform or stop a program, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to download your own photos, videos and any course files we can reasonably give you.
Lifetime access is to the version you bought. Updates and new versions are a bonus when we offer them, not a promise.
Glam Token generations always cost tokens. Lifetime access to Glam Room means access to the app, not unlimited generations.

7. Acceptable use

When you use the platform, you agree not to:

Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
Harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone, including other members and Cristina.
Upload anything you don't have the right to upload.
Post spam, ads or recruiting in the community or challenge spaces.
Try to get around token charges, limits, safety filters or security.
Upload malware, overload our servers, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Use the platform in a way that could damage it, us, our providers or other members.

8. AI-generated content rules (Glam Room)

These rules are strict because AI images and video of real people can hurt people. Breaking them can close your account without a refund.

Your own face only. Upload only clips and photos of yourself. No one else, not a friend, client, partner, celebrity or child, even with their permission.
18+ only. Never upload images of anyone under 18, including yourself as a minor in old photos.
No one else's likeness. Don't try to make the output look like a specific other person, real or famous.
No impersonation or deepfakes of others. Don't use outputs to pretend to be someone else, to deceive people about who they are talking to, or to fake events, statements or endorsements.
No sexual content. No nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, and no attempts to get the AI to make it.
No harmful content. No content that is violent, hateful, defamatory, misleading about health, or that promotes self-harm, scams or illegal products.
Label AI content. When you post AI-generated or AI-altered content, follow each platform's rules, for example turn on the "AI info" or "AI-generated" label on Instagram and TikTok. We show you where the switch is. You are responsible for labeling what you post.
Don't mislead your audience. Don't present AI-generated "results" (for example a before and after, a product effect or a transformation) as real when they aren't.

Before your first upload, you'll accept the separate AI and Likeness Consent, which explains how we handle your face and voice.

What we can do. We may check uploads and outputs (automatically or by a person) to enforce these rules. We may block a generation, remove content, pause or close an account, and report illegal content (such as child sexual abuse material) to the authorities, as the law requires. If we close an account for breaking these rules, there is no refund of purchases or tokens.

9. Your content

"Your content" means the clips, photos, audio, text and other things you upload, and the outputs made from them.

You keep ownership of your uploads. As between you and us, you also own your outputs, to the extent the law allows anyone to own AI outputs. (In some countries, purely AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright.)
You give us permission to store, copy, process, change and send your content to our service providers (including third-party AI providers) only to run the platform for you: making your photos and videos, keeping them in your library, fixing problems, and keeping the platform safe.
We will not use your face, voice, uploads or outputs in our marketing, or share them publicly, without your separate written OK (see the Challenge Rules for how we ask).
We will not sell your content or use it to train our own AI models. See the Privacy Policy for what our AI providers may do.
You promise that you have all rights to what you upload (including any music, logos or other people's work in the background) and that it follows these terms.
Things you post in shared spaces (community, comments, challenge threads) can be seen by other members. Don't post anything there you want kept private.

10. Glam Tokens

What they are. Glam Tokens are a credit you spend inside Glam Room on previews, photos and videos. The app shows the token cost before you confirm each action.
No cash value. Tokens are not money, can't be exchanged for cash, and aren't a gift card or a deposit.
Not transferable. Tokens can't be sold, given or moved to another account.
Used tokens are not refunded. Once a generation is delivered, its tokens are spent, even if you don't like the result. You see a preview of each look before you spend tokens on a video.
Failed generations are refunded in tokens. If a generation fails or never arrives because of a technical error, the tokens go back to your balance automatically. This is a token refund, not a money refund.
Prices can change. We may change how many tokens an action costs, or which AI models we use. The cost is always shown before you confirm. Tokens you already have keep working.
Expiry. Glam Tokens never expire while the service runs. They end only if we shut the service down, and we'll email you at least 30 days before that happens.
Closed accounts. If you close your account, unused tokens are lost. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unused tokens are lost. If we shut down Glam Room, see the Refund Policy for unused purchased tokens.

11. Third-party AI providers and availability

Glam Room's photos and videos are made by third-party AI providers. We send them what's needed to make your content (your upload, the look you chose, and instructions) and they send back the result.
We may switch providers or models at any time to keep quality and prices where they should be.
AI is not perfect. Outputs can have mistakes: odd hands, changed details, lip sync drift, or a look that doesn't match the preview exactly. That's part of how AI works today and isn't a defect we refund, beyond the failed generation rule above.
We aim to keep the platform running, but we can't promise it will always be available, fast or error free. Providers can go down, change rules or stop a model. Planned maintenance may happen with notice when we can give it.

12. AI Editing Lab: what you need

AI Editing Lab runs on your own computer using Claude Code. To use it you need:

A Mac with macOS 13 or newer, or a Windows 10 or 11 PC. It does not run on phones, iPads, Chromebooks or Windows on Arm laptops.
Your own paid Claude plan from Anthropic (about $20 a month at the time of writing). This is a separate account and payment between you and Anthropic. It is not included in your purchase and we don't control its price, limits or rules.
Enough disk space and an internet connection for setup.

Other things to know:

Claude is a product of Anthropic. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Your videos are edited on your computer through your own Claude account. We don't receive your footage when you use the skill.
You are responsible for your computer, your backups and what you let the skill do. Keep a copy of your original footage.
Anthropic may change Claude Code or its plans in ways that affect the skill. We'll try to keep the skill working but can't promise it will work with every future version.
The setup promise (fix it or refund) is in the Refund Policy.

13. Challenges

The 7 Day AI Editing Challenge runs on the dates in the Challenge Rules (round 1 starts Monday 9 November 2026). We may change the schedule or content if we need to. The materials stay available to you after the challenge as described in section 6.

14. Our intellectual property

Everything we provide (the app, the skill, the lessons, videos, guides, hooks, looks, templates, kits, names, logos and design) belongs to us, Cristina, or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your license in section 5 is the only right you get. All other rights are reserved.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them freely without paying you.

Copyright complaints. If you think something on the platform infringes your copyright, email support@cristinalab.com with: your contact details, the work you think was copied, where it appears on the platform, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature.

15. Disclaimers

The programs are education and tools. They are not business, legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
We don't promise any results: views, followers, sales, income or anything else. See the Earnings and Results Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Some places don't allow these exclusions. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost followers, lost data, or account actions taken by social platforms.
Our total liability for any claim about the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

17. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law, or your content infringes someone's rights (for example you upload someone else's face), and that leads to a claim against us or Cristina, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that result. This doesn't apply where the law doesn't allow it for consumers.

18. Ending your account

You can close your account any time from settings or by emailing support@cristinalab.com. Closing your account doesn't give you a refund (see the Refund Policy).
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the platform, file a chargeback for a charge you made (while it's open), or if we have to by law. Where it's fair and safe to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
After closing, sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, your responsibility to us, disputes) keep applying.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you or show a notice in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the platform after that date means you accept the new terms. Changes never take away something you already paid for without a fair remedy.

20. Disputes and governing law

Talk to us first. Most problems get fixed fast. Email support@cristinalab.com and give us 30 days to try to sort it out before taking other action.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Where. Disputes go to the courts of the state and federal courts located in Nebraska, except that either of us may use small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Consumers abroad. If you're a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer laws, you keep the protection of those laws and can bring a claim in your home courts.

21. The small print

These terms (and the documents in section 1) are the whole agreement between us about the platform.
If a court says part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up.
You can't transfer these terms to anyone. We can transfer them if the business or platform is sold or reorganized, and we'll tell you.
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (outages at providers, natural disasters, war, government action, attacks).
