A paid Claude plan from Anthropic (about $20 a month, not included) and a computer for the 5-minute setup. It runs in Claude on the website or the desktop app.
It copies what you give it, so the more of your own captions you paste in at the start, the closer it gets. You still read every caption before you post. Tell it "I'd never say that" and it adds it to your profile.
It's told not to: no numbers, results or stories you didn't give it. When a caption needs a detail it doesn't have, it leaves a gap like [add: the price] for you to fill in.
Setup needs a computer. We've tested it in Claude on a computer, so plan on using it there. The captions come back in copy boxes, easy to send to your phone.
